Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Beit Jeddi Soap, we ensure your orders are delivered quickly and safely, with all shipping and delivery details clearly provided before completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery Areas

  • Within the United Arab Emirates: Delivery is available to most major cities and surrounding areas.
  • Remote / Special Areas: Delivery may require additional time or extra fees depending on the courier company.
  • Outside the UAE: International shipping (if available) is determined based on the destination country and the courier service, and may incur additional customs fees payable by the customer.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

The timeframes listed are approximate and may vary depending on order volume or logistical conditions.

  • Order Processing: 1 to 2 business days from the payment confirmation date.
  • Delivery within the UAE: 2 to 5 business days.
  • International Delivery: 7 to 14 business days (or according to the courier’s policy and the destination country).

Business days are from Sunday to Thursday. Official holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery timeframe.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and the contents of your cart. The following amounts can be adjusted according to your actual policy:

Shipping fees may change from time to time based on our offers or adjustments made by courier companies. In all cases, the final fee will be displayed before completing the payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • The Cash on Delivery service (if available) may require additional fees that are added to the shipping cost.
  • A valid and active phone number is required for communication before the order is dispatched.
  • If an order is refused upon delivery without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to disable the Cash on Delivery service for the customer in the future.

Order and Shipment Tracking

  • After the order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can use the tracking number to check the shipment status through the courier’s website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number, you can contact us directly.

Address and Customer Information

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • Any delay caused by an incorrect address is the customer’s responsibility.
  • It is recommended to add any special notes that may help facilitate delivery.

Order Delays or Delivery Issues

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions or high courier workload.
  • If the courier is unable to reach the customer, the order may be postponed or canceled.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipment

  • If the product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours.
  • The customer may be compensated or sent a replacement product.
